Chinese FM says plans to invite Palestinian, Israeli personalities for talks in China

DUBAI: Palestinian and Israeli personalities will be invited for talks in China, Chinese Forieign Minister Minister Wang Yi told Al Arabiya on Wednesday.

The minister said that China hopes to with Arab countries on a joint security system.   

“We must support the efforts of the countries of the Middle East in the files of Syria and Yemen,” Yi told the pan-Arab channel, and went on express support for the Saudi initiative.

The Saudi initiative reflects Riyadh’s seriousness to solve the crisis in Yemen, he said.

“We call for the implementation of the Saudi initiative for a solution in Yemen as soon as possible,” he said.
