RIYADH: Yemen announced the formation of a new government headed by Prime Minister Maeen Abdulmalik Saeed, state TV reported on Friday.
President Abed Rabbo Mansour issued a decree to form the new government and name its members after examining the Yemeni constitution, the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) initiative, which was signed in Riyadh on Nov. 23, 2011, and the national dialogue, a statement on state-run Saba Net said.
